In order to safeguard the health and safety of our clients, partners, and staff, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the on-site portion of the Learning Lab. Several sessions will offered as webinars. To register for these sessions, please visit this page.

Thank you to all the clients who registered. We hope to see you at our autumn Client Conference or our 2021 Learning Lab.

April 22-23, 2020

Virginia Credit Union Administrative Headquarters

Richmond, VA

We are headed East!  Please join us in Richmond, Virginia this spring for our first-ever client Learning Lab. A new addition for 2020, the Learning Lab is intended to complement our Client Conference, now in its eighth year, held in California each fall. Plan to attend one or both – whatever fits your budget and calendar.

The 2020 Learning Lab will allow you to work alongside our Access Softek experts and leave this two-day event with a deeper knowledge of Access Softek and your system than when you arrived. This is a real opportunity for our clients who are working with our digital banking applications in a very hands-on role to learn more and, ultimately, improve credit union performance.
